36th Street Garden Center

The 36th Street Garden Center is located at the intersection of 36th Street, Catalpa Drive and Hill Road.  The Garden Center is the anchor building within a six acre pedestrian oriented mixed-use development.  Residential townhouses, live-work units, retail and office buildings complete the project.
