Land Development Programs

  • Project Management
     Project Management services are available for projects that meet specific criteria. Projects in the program have a Project Manager assigned to oversee the project throughout the entire development review process.

  • Downtown Development Coordination
    Boise's Downtown Development Coordination program helps developers and business owners navigate the City's permitting process, is a resource for information and coordinates City services to ensure efficiency.
     

Neighborhood Planning Programs

  • GAP Neighborhood Planning
    Boise's Geographic Area Planning (GAP) program assigns city planners a specific geographic area. Planners become familiar with the neighborhood associations and the unique issues facing the area, so they can use that knowledge when reviewing development applications. 

  • Neighborhood Reinvestment Grant Program
     Boise's Neighborhood Reinvestment Grant program is a partnership with the registered neighborhood associations. The grants fund comprehensive neighborhood plans and capital construction projects to help enrich the lives of our citizens, enhance the identity and quality of life in our neighborhoods and encourage a strong sense of community.
     

Housing & Community Development Programs

  • Affordable Housing Program
     Housing & Community Development's Affordable Housing Program assists low-to-moderate income households obtain financing to purchase a Class "A" manufactured home on its own land, construct a new home, or purchase an existing home.

  • Home Improvement Loan Program
     Housing & Community Development's Home Improvement Loan Program is designed to foster safe and sanitary conditions, bring housing up to current codes and help defray maintenance costs.

  • CATCH Homeless Program
     The CATCH (Charitable Assistance To Community's Homeless) program is a community, collaborative effort, administrated by the City of Boise and designed to assist homeless families with children.
