36th Street Garden Center

The 36th Street Garden Center is located at the intersection of 36th Street, Catalpa Drive and Hill Road.  The Garden Center is the anchor building within a six acre pedestrian oriented mixed-use development.  Residential townhouses, live-work units, retail and office buildings complete the project.

The Garden Center boasts a large rotunda that brings a unique architectural element to the structure. Although the rotunda makes a grand statement, the metal details located throughout the structure and its silver LEED certification creates an even bolder statement.

The Garden Center is designed to LEED Silver Standards.  The overall development uses a mixture of brick and stucco finishes with metal and wrought iron details.  The main feature of the Garden Center is the two-story rotunda.  The live-work units front on Catalpa with walk-up access to the commercial uses.  The area provides for a great opportunity to work and live in one place.
